SAMSUNG

We joined forces with global agency Ogilvy for the Samsung Business - Fluid Working Campaign.

Our mission? Capture a mix of high-end visuals across multiple locations give the Fold devices the spotlight they deserve and showcase how they help entrepreneurs get the job done.

We harnessed the power of social influencers and crafted a set of hero videos and bite-sized social clips for organic and paid ads. Although the content was all part of one campaign it was important to showcase each influencers unique energy, making the content relatable and captivating. We also didn't stop at videos. High-res images and behind-the-scenes content were shot alongside the main video to really bring it all to life. Throughout the shoot days, we operated two stations shooting video and stills simultaneously.

Why? To show the Samsung devices as a must have tool for savvy business owners working on the go.

GUINNESS UK

We teamed up with Diageo and social agency Born Social, to create a series of branded social content for their ‘The Pull of Paddys Day’ campaign.

We worked closely with the creative team at Born to develop the storyline and find the right locations and talent. We also knew we had to maximise the day, as we only had a limited amount of time with our lead talent. Our lead was the amazing Laura Whitmore and we had a great cameo from blogger Shit London Guinness.

It was definitely a jam-packed shoot day and the crew all worked really hard to make the storyboards come to life. From the day we created a content set that included a 30s film in various formats, 15s film in various formats, loads of behind-the-scenes social cuts and a tonne of high-quality images from the day.

VODAFONE BUSINESS

We teamed up with Vodafone Business and Ogilvy, to create a series of dynmaic influencer led branded content for their ‘Think Big, Start Small’ campaign. We worked closely with 5 successful small business owners to create story driven pieces which also spread awareness of the new Vodafone Business services.

The stars of the series were; No Bull Business School, The Sister Table, Sara Tasker, Pleesecakes and Kerb.

SPOTIFY - singles

Working with The Mill and Spotify, we are created a series of photo and video content for ‘Spotify Singles’. With a haul of inestimable talent to work with, our strong background in music and events suit these sorts of projects down to tee.

We’re not usually ones to namedrop but we’ve created content for some incredible artists and bands over the past year; Anne-Marie, Muse, Maribou State and Nina Nesbitt to name a few and our latest adventure led us to Abbey Road Studio 2, where The Beatles recorded their album ‘Abbey Road’.

Working with Spotify has been great, especially seeing our work showcased over Spotify’s booming Instagram page home to over 3.6 million followers.

Uber

Having pitched our way to victory, we teamed up with The Smalls and Uber to create an array of Valentine’s Day themed videos to be used for their social networking sites.

We pride ourselves at developing a quick understanding of what needs to be achieved and develop initial ideas set out in the brief.

With just one week to pull everything together we managed to storyboard, script, cast, location scout, upscale crew, film, edit and deliver. Not bad hey!

We were stoked with the content we made for them, with it being showcased on their Instagram & Facebook pages in the run up to Valentine’s Day.

The HEALTH LOTTERY

Working with comms agency Live Consultancy, we had the privilege to collaborate closely with The Health Lottery creating video/photo content for an array of narrative-driven projects across the country on telling the story of all the good causes that are funded through The Health Lottery.

The video tells the story of The Big Red Bus Club, which is located in South East London and is funded through People’s Health Trust’s Active Communities programme. Since launching the Health Lottery has helped raise over £89 million for good causes in Great Britain, helping to fund over 2,500 local projects. Through this project we visited another 5 community programmes across the country and showcased these with photography.

They were promoted in the regional and national press. The content has also been promoted on social media and Youtube. We also worked on multiple jackpot winner shoots which involved traveling to the winner’s house to take their winners shot which is always good fun!

SHY FX

Working with drum and bass guru Shy FX has been a really special one for us since the start.

Camera in one hand and gun fingers in the other, we filmed and danced our way through his first series of Cult.ure events alongside some of the finest pioneers and tastemakers in the UK scene. It was an absolute no-brainer when Shy invited us back time and time again to capture more of his content.

Shy wanted to ensure the energy levels of the events were translated into the films we created for him, so we made sure the camera was always moving and transitioning just like if you were there.

What we love doing more than anything is pushing boundaries and taking things to the new levels of creativity which is what Shy allowed us to do.

Candy Crush

If you like the sound of a ‘Cupcake Carnival’, a ‘Caramel Cove’ and giant board games all in conjunction with endless classic 80’s and 90’s beats, then listen up!

We combined forces with events agency Live Consultancy and game development kings King.com to bring London’s Candy Crush Cafe to life. Throughout a sugary two days and over four floors, we delivered on-the-day video and photo social content with our custom onsite edit suite creating a massive online and social buzz.

The CURTAIN

Our relationship with members club and hotel The Curtain, kick-started with them asking us to capture their 1st Birthday celebration. This five-star hotel and members club is as stylish as it is warm and welcoming.

We developed 4 films, showcasing the different activities and events they had on in their unique spaces throughout the day, from lunchtime up on the roof, all the way through to late night in their club space LP.

Their distinctive approach to high-end hotel style definitely complemented our fast-paced, energetic approach event videos!

BE AT ONE

Open to all bartenders, the annual ‘Bartender Challenge’ is a company-wide initiative that celebrates the talent and hard work of all Be At One staff.

We took on the whole production and made it their biggest yet by offering the full Phaded audio visual package including staging, lighting, photographers, videographers and we live streamed the whole thing to Facebook.

Our live streaming services meant that we could push our content out further and provide an exciting viewing experience for those who could not make the event. Oh and no broadcasting vans were used in the making of this. It was important to the Be At One team that we kept our setup as out of the way as possible to make sure everyone at the event could focus on the fun of the day, so we used a variety of cameras for different sections of the event and a discreet tabletop setup for the whole live stream. It was a really fun day for all involved.

ROE & CO

We partnered with Hatch Communications to capture the story behind the The Roe-ming Tram.

The Roe-ming Tram is a series of three free crafts events featuring the talented Make Your Own guys who were bringing a new life to old-time crafts and whiskey cocktails.

Shooting over 2 days at the M.Y.O HQ in Peckham Levels we conducted a series of interviews, including one with Cate St Hill, an interior designer and lifestyle influencer who was helping with the overall style of the tram. These films are all about reinvention and the craft behind creating the tram and were used across socials to promote to launch and upcoming events.

When we were asked to team with Villa Maria for a summer of wine filled adventures how could we say no!?

Shooting in lush co-working spaces in Leeds, Birmingham and London to create this series of content for the ‘Art of Conversation’ campaign provided a brilliant backdrop to a whole host of interesting speakers.

At each event influential speakers such a body language expert Judy James, spoke in depth with the Villa Maria Brand Ambassador Angela Lewis about the importance of conversation in their lives.

We created a variety of social content for this campaign, including photography, podcasts and videos.

SPOTIFY - fans first

Teaming up with Spotify once again, we produced a series of photo and video content showcasing ‘Spotify Fans First’.

A series of top secret events, for the top 100 super fans of artists like: Tom Misch, Bugzy Malone, Superorganism and Skepta. The vibe was electric, the fans couldn’t believe they had an intimate gig with their fave artist and the artists put on extra special performances. Capturing these moments felt pretty special!

This content was showcased over the artists social media and Spotify’s own booming Instagram page home to over 3.6 million followers.

diageo & uber eats

Hatch Communications came to us to produce a series video content for Diageo’s cocktail delivery offering.

The brief was to create thumb-stopping content for social. We produced the content in 3 different ratios 1:1, 9:16 and 16:9 to ensure they could be used across all platforms.

We shot for 1 day in an Uber Eats kitchen to capture a flavour of the yummy food that was available to order with the Diageo cocktails.

We used a topdown style, with closeup elements to showcase a variety of styles of food being prepared and cooked. Being so close to some amazingly tasty food being prepared was hard work, well until lunchtime that is!
